Background and Objective Intermittent fasting has become a popular topic in recent years, with many people turning to this dietary approach improve their health manage weight. It also been studied for its potential impact on various aspects of health, including sleep physical performance. This study aimed investigate the impacts intermittent during Ramadan chronotype quality aerobic performance young athletes.Methods is prospective cohort design repeated measurements, 117 amateur athletes (16.86 ± 1.07 years) from Morocco. The was measured 20-m shuttle-run test. We assessed Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. by Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire. examined difference means before Ramadan; then, we analyzed correlation between all variables.Results current showed that while declined Ramadan, those good performed better periods. correlated but not Ramadan.
